Welcome to Neston in Cheshire

Neston is a historic market town in Cheshire, and Parkgate is Cheshire’s only “seaside resort!” It is situated on the part of the Wirral Peninsula that remains in the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. Parkgate is located to the north west and the villages of Little Neston and Ness to the south of the town.

   PLANNING APPLICATION 26/00771/OUT – DEVELOPMENT OF LAND AT LIVERPOOL ROAD

 
Neston Town Council has received notification from the Planning Authority of an application for outline planning permission to erect up to 78 dwellings on land at Liverpool Road.

The Community & Environment Committee will meet at the Town Hall at 6pm on Tuesday 31 March to discuss this application and agree a Town Council comment to be submitted to the Planning Authority. The meeting will include a 30-minute public participation session during which councillors welcome any comments members of the public might wish to make.

Whilst the Town Council would like to hear the views of residents on this matter, it is very important that residents also submit responses individually and directly to the Planning Authority in order to provide the decision makers with a comprehensive understanding of the views of the local community.
